Use `Yargs` package for argument parsing and allow for more fine grained control of which extensions to bundle

• Utilize yargs for command line argument parsing to allow for more typical command-line experience
• Enable more seamless adding of new command line arguments
• Remove expectation that all extensions will be bundled by default (instead they can be specified explicitly or by glob)
  • Something that doesn't need to be supported just yet, but would be nice is to specify a "tag" for bundling, but tags aren't necessarily known
