Host-side front-end for call creation #37

Make the call creation either a one-time thing, something that needs to be exited out of, maybe it deletes the call or preserves it or closes the unbreakout? How to open/close that zoom call, think about edge cases.

Steps left:

[x] Make transfer success screen for modal, with alternate text if call creation or manual
[x] Make create call start screen with instructions and multiple buttons
[x] Make transfer button actually disable

Finished mocking up in react, but there are still some functional issues that need to be resolved:

Need to retrieve call start link for host #53
Organization of state and commands in backend needs to be resolved #54
