README: add section for reverse proxy #7

Had a hard time to use the container for reverse proxy with a script. Got this implemented and it works like a charm. Documenting the example of it.

Thanks for the contribution. I think we don't really want to expand our documentation on Dockerhub, sorry. I'll add a link in the README to our main docs though, that seems to be missing.
