Make edit individual cell toggle sticky #829

Once I flip the toggle switch on a cell to move from editing the entire column, to editing an individual cell, the setting should be sticky and remain that way until I flip it back. That way, if I am editing multiple single cells in a row, I don't need to press the toggle each time!

@aarondr77 "the setting should be sticky" by this do you mean that the setting should be persisted or saved until the user flips the toggle?

Another user requested this feature in Discord today: "When editing specific values in a table is it possible to be able to change the default Edit Entire Column to Off?"
