Hi Antonio,

Thanks for your interest in MToolBox. Unfortunately we don't have a dockerization available at the moment, but we are currently working on a snakemake implementation of the pipeline which will be easily containerized. May I ask you what's your main goal with MToolBox? Do you wish to only perform variant calling or other downstream analyses (eg haplogroup prediction, variant functional annotation)?
