please update release tags #62

The README and changelog mention that there's a version 1.1, but the latest tag is 1.0. It'd help to be able to easily find the code corresponding to a given version.

Hi,

the 1.1 is the current version on the github repo which we didn't tag yet. You can do git clone of the repo and get the 1.1 version.

Oh, ok, thank you. I was confused because the changelog says 1.1 corresponds to 4/8 and the latest change was on 4/30. Tags would be helpful regardless.
