MITOMAP and ClinVar annotation updates #70

Hello

I was wondering if you think there is any value in updating the MITOMAP and ClinVar annotation files? From the README it looks like the last updates were in 2015.

MITOMAP and ClinVar updates will be included in the next update of the tool.

That is great. Thank you. I find it helpful to know the STATUS of the MITOMAP variant (e.g., reported or confirmed, or P.M.).
