Unable to compute haplogroup when using RCRS #83

Hi, all,

I have been using MToolBox for a while. It went smoothly when I used RSRS as ref. However, when I use RCRS as ref, it can not compute haplogroup. Please help.

Hi am experiencing the same problem with some of our WGS samples when running MToolBox, was the error addressed?
