Provide visualization methods for HaploGroups and other measures

ideas are:

• Stacked barplots like this one:

Vizualizations so far:

• bar plot
• stacked bar plot (ordered and normalized instead of absolut values)
• sunburst chart

Problems:

• too many colors -> not all shown in legend --> Solved (assign Haplogroups to specified "core groups")
• sunburst: no different coloring within one level (level = circle)
  • idea: split HGs into sublevels according haplo-tree

restrict barplot to 20 groups (as shown on plot above), set fix color. --> DONE

Allow expansion of groups --> again just 20 subgroups.

• Bar chart for group frequency.
• Sunburst --> show only one layer (selected by user, hide others) --> can now done via legend slider in principle --> added legend slider
• PCA
• Bar chart --> sort and use different colors for different groups (separate issue)
