ARP Export #17

We should integrate Alex mFASTA to ARP export Tool.

We should check current columns and don't allow users to group by ID, MTSequence and Haplogroup (doesnt make sense at all ;-)).

i will create a dropdown menu in our exoprt dialogue. If ARP is selected for export, the user will have to select one of the columns to be the group information (defaults to grouping, otherwise different groups can be selected, e.g. meta population, sub population, major population or something like this).

Dropdown menu + export dialogue are there. I'm working on integrating the ARP export now. This shouldn't take too long since the previous work supports this already quite substantially and no direct FastA <-> ARP conversion is required anymore, since this tool already creates everything here in the Table cleanly :-)
