Write Method for Project Input / Output #8

Users shoudl be able to save a current session and load it again and vice versa ....

We should consider writing our own project files, something like ".mitoproj" containing everything we need to reload a current session.

Output should be there. include a header with something like this:

"This has been generated with MitoBench version XYZ, do not edit manually unless you know what you are doing. "

.mitoproj contains all information of current table view and grouping. Project can reloaded with this file.
