Remove ssl setting from docker-compose.yml #87

I added the setting bool as a string by accident (which works, but is deprecated and gives a warning). I forgot to remove it altogether before merging #86 (since it effectively does nothing).

NVM, I think this is probably needed for the test runner like in teachersportal.. We'll see.
