Copy & options on Settings page in Dashboard are confusing #1549

The copy & options on the Settings page in the Dashboard are confusing and I think we should consider revisiting them:

  1. The first choice in the top section "Public to the World" "Your MicroMasters profile will be visible to all website visitors."
  2. the "I don't want to receive any emails" under the Email Preferences section doesn't make any sense -- since how else do students get info from an online course, other than email?

No change to the profile settings.

For the mail settings, how about:

( ) Faculty and staff can include me on group e-mails ( ) I don't want to receive any group e-mails
