Progress Card: update to include proctored exam grades #3175

For FA programs, the progress card should use the same criteria for passing a course as the course status card, i.e. the learner must pass the edX course and the final exam.

ah, the component is called ProgressWidget.

@roberthouse54 do you think we need to change the design of the progress card to accommodate pearson exam grades, or do we just change the meaning of "course complete" to require a passing final grade?
