This is related to issue #3516. We also want to display the payment deadlines for courses on the MicroMasters Program page on the marketing site.

We will just add copy to the Courses box on the Program page on the marketing site that reads as follows (for example):

Payment due Oct 30, 2017 at 3 PM UTC
