As far as I know, we aren't using CYBERSOURCE_TRANSACTION_KEY in production, but it's set on RC for some reason.

[x] remove configuration from CI (if necessary)
[x] remove configuration to RC
[x] no action required on Production
[ ] we should also remove CYBERSOURCE_TRANSACTION_KEY from https://github.com/mitodl/micromasters/blob/master/.env.example#L7

@noisecapella no urgency on this, but if you have a few minutes can you confirm that we're not using CYBERSOURCE_TRANSACTION_KEY on MicroMasters?

Removed key from both CI and RC. It doesn't exist on production.

Oops. The code still needs to be cleaned up.
