Update Course Team layout #4557

As a member of the course team, I need a page that reflects the course team equitably, with contact information.

Thanks for rushing this out tasawernawaz but I see there are some problems. Hopefully it's good enough for the (unplanned) review on Wednesday.

I've added a new set of acceptance criteria based on my feedback. If I hear back from the MicroMasters team there may be more.
