Steps to Reproduce

Using a user with an @ symbol in their username, make a purchase (e.g. DEDP exam authorization)

Expected Behavior

The order will be fulfilled

Actual Behavior

The order will fail

Details

The order passes the username to Cybersource. See this document for details
- Cybersource labels it as: customer_account_id
- It can be found in the receipt object as: req_consumer_id
Nathan was suggesting it an approach where we hash the username before sending it to Cybersource.
- Consult him before implementing
