Incorrect spelling of Peruvian region "Amazonas" #5247

Steps to Reproduce

Create an account, or go to /profile on an existing account
Set the "Country" to Peru
open the "State of Territory" drop-down list

Expected Behavior

The first item in the list should be Amazonas

Actual Behavior

The first item on the list is Amarumayu

acceptance criteria

[ ] update our fork of the iso-3166-2.js library
[ ] update micromasters to use the updated fork
[ ] push an upstream fix, in case anyone is still maintaining it
