What's this PR do?

Removes edx logo for a certificate. Removes explanations of edx platform and verified certificate.

Go to view a course certificate and a program certificate.

Thanks for asking @arslanashraf7. I've discussed this with the MITx team and, in this case, we don't need to preserve the historical logos.
