Bumping version number, updating changelog #266

This officially updates the library to version 2.0. Before this is merged, we should:

[x] Merge #247
[x] Implement #166
[ ] Implement #238
[x] Update the changelog with anything from those three PRs
[x] Include an updated zip file

Resolves #232.

@ChristopherChudzicki I think this is ready for review/merge. #238 won't add anything to the changelog, and tidy.sh is being run all the time anyway with the documentation updates.

I'm going to go ahead and merge this (it's just documentation, after all).
