Finishing documentation #272

This completes the documentation overhaul as part of version 2.0. I'm not terribly happy with the documentation for IntegralGrader, but it will do.

@ChristopherChudzicki Again, not expecting you to proof this. Feel free to modify what I wrote for IntegralGrader at a later time though! I really noticed what you meant by it building on FormulaGrader by copy as I was writing the documentation... Maybe one day we'll clean it up properly!
