Description (What does it do?)

Fixes an issue when syncing the hubspot user.

How can this be tested?

Setup Hubspot with MITx Online
Create a user and create a CourseRunCertificate for that user.
Verify that the user's Hubspot contact is updated with the CourseRunCertificate.
