Login button should indicate when course is archived #2279

Description (What does it do?)

This updated the "enroll now" login button to say "access course materials" if the course is archived.

How can this be tested?

You should have a course that is archived. Take a look the the course about page when logged in and logged out.

The button should say "Access Course Meterials"
