Add course run selections to receipts for program purchases

As an xPRO user, I'd like to see my course run selections in my receipt after I complete checkout and enroll in a program

This should be simple enough, but we'll probably want some design input.

[ ] Course run selections shown in receipts for orders in which a program was purchased

This should be as simple as querying for CourseRunEnrollments with a matching order_id

No demand for this yet, but probably still relevant. Setting to 'On Hold'
