deps: remove drf-flex-fields #3192

What are the relevant tickets?

Created this PR in response to https://github.com/mitodl/mitxpro/pull/3191. Because the package was not being used.

Description (What does it do?)

drf-flex-fields is not used. We can remove it.

How can this be tested?

Checks should pass
check that it is not used and is not a dependency of any other package.
