Pycaption was forked to mitodl to fix a dependency problem. Once this problem has been fixed in the original repo, OVS should use that instead.

Did we open an upstream issue (or a PR) at pycaption that we can follow?

The latest commit was in October and the PR's are piling up, it may be abandonware now.
