Channels removed via micromasters become invisible but still exist #1971

Minor issue - removing a channel via micromasters management command makes the channel and any posts/comments in it effectively disappear, which is good. But they still exist in the database, reddit, search index, etc. Only the indexing api admin user has access to them.

Note: it's not possible to delete them from reddit, so the best we can do on the discussions side is delete from the other two data sources, or better. Also keep in mind that what you mentioned above about them disappearing is only applicable to private channels because of the permissions around them. If a public channel is ever deleted in that sense from MM it would still be viewable if you know the url.
