Podcasts: Incorporate new sidebar design into podcasts #2861

As a users on Open, I'd like all my drawers to the be same width and design. Once we've completed the new sidebar design, we should make sure it gets into Podcasts as well.

since we're using the same component for the podcast drawer as on the learning search it will apply everywhere when we implement the changes
