Search: former course numbers should be searchable, just like the current course number #3381

Over time, some courses in OCW have been "renumbered." To help with findability, it's important that the old course numbers can be searched. See, for example, 16.89j S07.

The data necessary for this is missing from the parsed JSON, until mitodl/ocw-data-parser#137 is fixed.

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Include the former course number in the search index, so it's possible to for instance search for "ESD.352J" and get https://ocwnext.odl.mit.edu/courses/16-89j-space-systems-engineering-spring-2007/ as a top hit.

Now that https://github.com/mitodl/ocw-data-parser/pull/140 has merged, I believe this is ready to be worked on.
