Fix Rapid Response abnormal behaviour in Learning MFE

Steps to reproduce:

• Install rapid response within the latest edx-platform as of Lilac
• Create a Multiple choice question through the studio (edX is changing the way studio used to run, so you might need to take a look at https://discuss.openedx.org/t/devstack-update-studio-moving-to-oauth-login/5674)
• Now login as an admin User (Staff/Django Admin)
• Open the above-created problem within the learning MFE and notice that it will do nothing when you click on Open Problem/Close Problem (It should work as it does within legacy courseware view)

Actual Behavior

• Clicking Open/Close Problem throws errors

Expected Behavior

• The Block should work just like it works within the legacy view
