Israel dataset via GPX to Strava #22

Here's the israel data set turned into a gpx fix and then manually uploaded to strava (not using api yet)

@danaronson Could you post the GPX file and (python) converter to the repo ? (the converter wasn't in the email you sent). I'll convert the python to Javascript if noone beats me to it.

Upload now works :) will add to the Exporter (probably today)
