Client: take project as URL parameter, and ask for it if not supplied

Currently needs <mqtt-project .... > It should get this from

[ ] the URL as a parameter e.g. localhost:8080?project=Lotus Ponds
[ ] and build mqtt-project node appropriately
[ ] If project is not supplied it should put up a UI element to ask for it
[ ] At the same time as doing this, ask for the MQTT server, but can default this to naturalinnovation.org
