See IPNext and threadToken in Arduino and try porting back to JS

These will need testing at each stage

[x] IPnext - define and look for where used on Arduino and other possible uses
[x] Define threadToken to store this.PAYLOAD
[x] Make any function that uses (xt) as parameter use PAYLOAD
[x] remove xt as parameter to threadtoken() call to f
[x] define runXt to use IPnext() - its like loop in Arduino and simplify threadtoken
