CounterTack vendor name needs updated to reflect the requested name GoSecure #19

Change all references to CounterTack to GoSecure.

FIXED: All references to "CounterTack" were changed to "GoSecure", outside of the configuration page and the CounterTack tag. This includes a change to the JSON file name, though the results for Round 1 were not modified.
