NPM Install Warnings - Unsupported Engine, old lockfile, deprecated dependencies #567

I just tried building attack-navigator locally and there is a slew of errors.

Hi @FoxInTheB0xFFF,

Navigator does not currently support v19.0.1 of Node.js. I'd recommend using Node v16, as we are still working toward supporting Node.js v18.
