Printing a page includes the banner on a separate page #495

When attack.mitre.org has a banner (which is not all the time) and you print a page, the banner gets its very own separate page. Not a huge deal, but if you print out multiple pages then it can really add up. We should look into fixing this.

Actually the breadcrumbs at the top of the page also get their own page too
