Transfer lib to AWS resource pack #38

Remove the redundant code and transfer the necessary code from internal library files to InSpec AWS resource pack

Does this also include adding the dependency to the library? Actually this could already be added.

We were just link to the get hub repo not an archive of appointment time so, just link to the master branch
