Typos in stix-capec external_ids to ATT&CK

Hi, There are several typos in the cross references between CAPEC and ATT&CK, at least in the following files :

Note the "double T" in the external_ids and urls Just searching for "TT1" in the repo reveals at least 3 such typos, I can propose a PR for those "double T"s, but don't know if there are more, please let me know Thanks

I have refreshed the content, getting rid of the TT. It only occurred in CAPEC-665.
