Remove trailing space in external_reference url

Thanks for the contribution. While we don't take pull requests directly into this repository, I'll make the required fixes on our internal ATT&CK Workbench instance for the next ATT&CK release. Version 11.3 will be released in July and I'll plan to have the team address this by then.

We just released 11.3 today, and while we didn't actually address this fully, we are actually tracking progress over in our Workbench repository at this issue: https://github.com/center-for-threat-informed-defense/attack-workbench-frontend/issues/187

The above issue, once addressed, will make it so that no future erroneous whitespaces will be included from our backend system, and then we'll clean up all the data. At this point, the overhaul looks like it will be completed by our v12 release in October.
