Autogen secrets with a simple bash script fix #36 #38

This does not use an encrypted secrets file, and it changes the default hosting url to /heimdall for the containerized builds. The latter change may need to be thrown in a different PR, but they're both required to fix #36

I committed MITRE specific proxy settings, those may not be a good idea to merge into master.
