Modal Popups Changed From Browser Alerts #11

VIRTS-4667

This replaces the simple browser alert when a user tries to delete an adversary with an actual themed popup modal

Can change text if needed

Just pushed an update for popups when you enable a previously disabled plugin from the navbar to use the new modal theme instead of browser alert

Think I got all the browser alert ones but let me know if theres any i missed
