Operations changes and plugin support

• Changes legacy support to make requests to old plugin templates if vue doesn't exist
• Add a "clear all" button to operations filter modal
• Add a background color to graph node labels to make them more readable
• Add a modal for a links output if clicked
• Add toasts to when copying commands
• Add a "copy" button when hovering over a links command
• Remove "work in progress" text from operations graph
