Add ember module #140

Note: lief does not support python3.4...do we still need to support python3.4?

@Drewsif thoughts on dropping python 3.4 support? I don't really see a need to keep it. I highly doubt anyone is using 3.4

I think its fine to drop support for 3.4 for this module. We can still have the framework be 3.4+ until 3.4 is EOL but this module can't be so that's fine. We recommend 3.6 anyway

We talked about removing the Ember model from VCS and providing instructions for downloading/updating. This probably isn't a good idea since the model is part of a 1.6GB download that expands out to 9.2GB.
