web interface scanner #211

Does the web interface only work in a docker container? does the Web work when installed via the command sudo -HE ./install.sh ?

You should add proper configuration files. You could use the same as in the Docker build (https://github.com/mitre/multiscanner/tree/2.0.0/docker_utils) but of course you must change them accordingly to your production environment and your necessities
