The initial features/featurefactories were added with edismax in Solr as the initial design goal. We need to make the code more extensible to enable adding the range of Elastic queries (and non-edismax in Solr).

Still need to update readme for ES, but I'm declaring victory on this one...tested with Elastic 6.x and 7.x
