Actually implement the edismax/multimatch bells and whistles #42

Most of the components are in place to implement, e.g. ps2, but they aren't yet implemented. The initial focus was qf...it is now time to implement the rest.

Implemented ps, ps2, ps3, pf2, pf3 etc. Can open new ticket if there are any params in edismax or multi_match that are needed.
