Update go.mod/go.sum and payloads

Description

Add go.sum file for more seamless golang usage and compilation. Update go.mod file for dependencies. Update default sandcat pre-compiled payloads.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested fresh install of CALDERA on new Linux system with new golang 1.17.6 installation and confirmed agent compilation worked seamlessly out of the box with new go.mod/go.sum files.

Also tested the default payloads by running basic operations on the agents.
