DOCS: using iris_tbl instead of iris2 in the examples #19

Hi, thanks for all the work on sparklyr.nested. I think these functions are strongly needed.

I've noticed that all the examples refer to a "iris2" dataset. However, most of the examples in sparklyr use the name "iris_tbl". I think that the examples would be easier to copy and paste, if they used the same naming convention.

In any case, feel free to ignore this suggestion if you don't like it.
