Enabled viewing of related rules in read-only mode, but hiding the copy button #605

@vanessuniq The changes look good, but I have one minor change request (could be added later). Can we remove the "current" item from the results list? Like in this screenshot, I'm logged in as a non-admin, I can only see one project, and it shows me the one match back from the component I'm currently in: image

The new commit addresses this. Ready for review
